  • Driver’s License or Photo ID
  • Social Security Card
  • 911 Address (physical and mailing)
  • Completed and signed Application for Electric Membership form (download here)
  • Proof of ownership of property OR
  • Signed Rental Verification Form (download here)
  • Required membership, security deposit and applicable fees
    Residential –

    Commercial

Call either FEC office or complete the information to the right to update the telephone or mailing address on your account, doing so will ensure we have your current information up to date in our files.

Please make certain that we have a current phone number on file so that we can contact you in case of a planned outage or maintenance in your area.

Name changes (download here) must be done in person at a FEC office and can only be done in cases of death, marriage, or divorce.
